When you order art from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed below.

Copyrights and Use of our prints

All text and images and product pictures remain copyright of Reef 'n' Beef Photography, and cannot be reproduced or used for any purpose without prior written consent. You agree that all products produced and sold by us are for novelty purposes only.

Final print (framed or unframed)

When making a purchase, you agree that you have read our website and researched independently and know about the material on which the printing is done, and details about the specifications of the frame. You agree that we will not be responsible if the materials thought by the purchaser was something other than advertised on the website.

Colours In The Final Print

You agree that Reef 'n' Beef Photography does not guarantee that the final colours of your purchased images will be exactly the same as were shown on your screen. Reef 'n' Beef Photography works hard to make the colours on the print to be as close as possible to the colours shown on the screen but does not guarantee a 100% match. All screen settings are different and the colours displayed on your screen may be different to that of the final printed product.

You agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of Reef 'n' Beef Photography.

For Photography Services or photos taken by the Photographer

Photographic Materials and Copyright: All photographic materials, such as original negatives, photos, or slides, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising and self-promotion including social media. Usage outside the bounds of this agreement will require the Client’s consent.

Client’s Usage: The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer. If Client is obtaining a print for reproduction, Photographer authorizes Client to reproduce the print only as set forth under Special Usage Requirements. In such event, Client shall request that a copyright and credit notice for the Photographer be placed adjacent to the photograph on publication, but shall have no liability if the publication refuses or omits to do so.

Social Media: This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook and blogs. When published online it is required that citation of photographer be made. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet. The client agrees to be responsible for any family member or friend who posts our photographs online and agrees that they cannot be cropped (with the exception of the forced cropping for Facebook’s Timeline), altered in colour, or edited in any way.

Reef 'n' Beef keeps client files for up to 1 year after the photography session, and is not liable for any claims after this period. All client files will be deleted and backups will be purged after this period.
