Returns Policy


My goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and to ensure that I comply with my obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.


In addition to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, if for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me within 30 days of purchase date provided the product is in new condition and in its original packaging. 


In the case of frames, albums and any custom product (size etc), the item/s must be wrapped (that is, with the blister wrap still intact). If there is a defect with the product, your rights are as per the Australian Consumer Law and the product does not need to be in its original packaging. If there is a defect with the product however, please email me a photo with a brief description of the issue so that I may review for you.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

to cancel your service contract with us; and

to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.


You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures (see description below) with goods.


If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.



You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.



What is a Major Failure


A product or good has a major failure when:

  1. it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
  2. it is unsafe
  3. it is significantly different from the sample or description
  4. it doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.
